Have problems with NVHserver.com..!

I have problems with nvhserver.com hosting: my site is down more that 2 weeks all my support emails ignored no response till now; no money back guarantee;

I want to know: is this scam? Who have similar problems with nvhserver.com..?

I confirm that we had some server problems before and it was the past
Our service has been improved so much and we're having many many happy customers . The best of all . We're honest people and always try our best to help customers . We never try to get customer's money even for 1 dollar without doing anything .

The such bad post above is always an anonymous user trying to discredit our business and talkgold moderators should delete that kind of posts

yes i am also had problems with nvhservers ,,, no support and dishonest admin from vietnam country. i host my sites with zydus ,,, blccgold ,,, hostrazer and blockddos for my important sites. no nvhservers no no.
