I have 200 thousand dollars to invest, how do i invest it?
I was loooking to diversify and buy stocks from different companies but i don't understand much about it and i don't want to lose money.
I'm british and living in britain. I was looking to go to the states and buy gold and wait for it to gain value, but for me to do this i think i need to be a resident in the states and getting a green card to the states is not that easy (but you can mention some investment options in the states).
I can get another 400k for the right investment, making 600k (don't ask me how) but then i would have to pay that money back and keep my profit. Anybody has an idea of how to make large profits? because i've got access to a large amount of money. I would appreciate if i dont get any comments from teenagers or people asking me for money. Thanks.

I am not sure from reading your post what your risk appetite is, but real estate, back to back loans, or tax free bonds may be something to look into if you are on the conservative side.
If you are interested to diversify a portion into the FX Market with the possibilities to see a 3 digit yearly return let me know and we can discuss the ins and outs.

If you can find foreclosures in the states or in the UK you can probably make a quick buck, however it is a bit risky due to the falling housing market in both countries.
I used to own a REMAX franchise here in Mexico and may be able to help you find some deals on land in the Cancun, Riviera Maya area.
FX = Forex, Managed Forex Accounts. Basically you open an account with our broker, OANDA, and grant us power of attorney to open trades on your behalf. Our average net return to clients over the past 18 months has been 13.7% monthly.
Re: I have 200 thousand dollars to invest, how do i invest it?
Steer clear of ANYONE who wants to manage this money for you in the Forex, on this forum. Sorry, but that's probably some of the best advice you can get.
Regardless? I can't really 'advise' what to do. I'm no investment adviser. Just a guy who's been doing this (investing and trading) for about 12 years now. But I know what I'd do with a windfall of 200k.
I'd put about 20k into quality DRIP / Dividend long term stocks. My outlook there would be about 4 years. Stocks like BAC, JNJ, KO, AFL, GIS, T, GE, and possibly a little FRO. I'd make sure than any such purchases have the DRIP program turned ON. I'd probably do that right away.
Then I'd hold onto the rest, and just watch the market. When it dips further, I'd look for further diversification amongst other dividend stocks.
I'd take probably $50k of it and trade it. But then again, I've been at this for 12 years, so I know my way around trading. I wouldn't recommend that for everyone.
Whatever you decide to do with a windfall? The number one priority in the current economic environment? Should be to CONTROL AND MANAGE YOUR RISK!

If you're interested in HYIP investment, you can send a message to me.I will try my best to help you find some good sites to invest. But you must know that hyip is full of risk, you maybe will lose some money and what we usually say is "don't invest what you cann't afford to lose".So,hyip can bring you money, and certainly maybe lose your money.Just consider it.

Just want to say that I am not a teenager or someone just asking for money...I am offering an opportunity investment of less than $20,000 and gaining a return of $5000 on that investment in a 7 month period.

I've recently invested about 30,000 dollars into gold investments. So far, its been generating healthy dividends which i get to choose to withdraw in terms of cash or in terms as gold bar/nuggets(from Pamp suisse bank). I chose the gold, as its another form of investment in which I intend to keep the gold for a period of time and then sell it off in a later stage. Probably you can check it out too.
Cheers

Gold has fallen almost $230 recently. I'd love to see an audit of that.
Re: I have 200 thousand dollars to invest, how do i invest it?
yea, it had dropped about $230, but that was also because of the sudden surge which we see in march 16-18. But if we were to view the stats of over 3 years, it has proven to be increasing quite steadily. The recent increase of the dollars was partly due to the US throwing 70tonnes of gold back into the market which China and Russia are buying and stocking up quietly.
well, i gotta agree with US top equity fund manager Francios Moute that gold will increase to 16times of oil barrel, probably not as much as 16 but definitely more than 10times.. Cheers
*PS: hey Airelon, sorry bout the website listing in my previous posting.. cant deny that i'm new to this forum and i didnt notice abt the discussion part. but well, my bad.. cheers
