ewalletplus.com is scam or real service?

i guess its just merchant gateway with feature where to have debit card in order to withdraw/transfer your funds as merchant .

Actually this was the same site that the everest card was on. As you know they were shut down. In the past on ewalletplus.com they said money from the account could be sent to everest cards only. Now they say "debit card". They also do not respond to emails so that isn't a good sign.

compasscard is not scan but the the card is emited in some island need some ids and have a hight price
