I'm new to using exchangers. I have a Liberty Reserve account but as yet have not funded it. I have been looking at exchangers to transfer money to in order to fund my LR account. I have noticed one thing in my looking at exchangers...I haven't seen any that are located or registered in the USA.
Does any one know why this is ? Is it because of the US banking regulations or because of the rates they would need to charge..or both.

In order to be an exchanger int he us there are all sort of requirements, otherwise you could be breaking all sorts of money transfer and money laundering rules and regulations.
