They are totally scam, don;t use their services, or you will lose your money.

We had been scamed by this F**king scam.

1. we had buy their hosting, they told us $50/month
then they ask us we should pay $98 a month, and next month is $150 a month, and they had suspend our hosting , even we had 11 days left ...

They are greed scammer

Don't trust them...

I'm sorry, but this is not a scam. If you buy a $50.00 hosting package and then end up needing DDoS protection that costs more you're almost certainly going to have to pay for it.

It's not their fault if you get attacks they can't handle at what you're willing to pay.

san2server have no ddos protection at all,, testet and confirmed!

But there is any ddos related issue, that's the point.

How do you know? In reality, you do not. You're simply speculating. Only the provider themselves knows if there is a DDoS issue.

Yes, no one can know that except provider themsleves, even your site is on their server, maybe you didn't pay for enough protection grade there. san2server.com could provide ddos protection if you can pay for enough protection there, I tested and confirmed there.

Listen you..., no action was taken on your lava-trade.com website for TWO WEEKS. All you needed to do is to move your scammer's b**t and apply JUST A LITTLE thinking! ...You did neither.

Around November 17th, you were told via email that we need to move your website to another server for the purpose of load distribution and per differently priced server environment.
A couple days later, you were also contacted over your yahoo messenger ID "bue2006hello2007", because you did not reply on email.

Our entry price has been on the website for several months, but it was only about a month ago, when we started to enforce it, by sending out one month advance notices to all customers (including you).
You paid discounted price and you had your hosting paid through the December 9th. You were NOT denied service, but simply asked to move to a different server, which also would have been done without any downtime.
WE ALSO OFFERED AN ASSISTANCE TO MOVE YOUR WEBSITE !!!
