I would recommend using google before using a new exchanger. Maybe there are already some complaints about it. All exchangers were new at some point. Just do a quick search.

Well i just tried converting $130 usd AlertPay to liberty reserve and have no heard a thing from them. I am pretty sure i just got scammed by this site. Any ideas how i should go about getting my moneyback?

I think this is SCAM. I search in google and on the russian forum few people talk aboit this scam site.

Stay away from these scammers. It's hard to remember but I definetely saw peoples posts somewhere to have never received any money back. That's it.
