This is a company that was owned by Barry Minkow starting in the early 1980's. The company went public in 1986 and a lot of people invested with them. It turned out that Barry Minkow was generating revenue for ZZZZ Best via illegal means such as theft, and forgery. The market capital of this company reached well over $200 million. Mr Minkow was arrested and sentensed to 25 years in prison for running this illegal operation.

Barry Minkow served about 8 years of that sentence and is now operating the Fraud Discovery Institute, a firm that helps companies and the government track down fraud. He was featured on 60 Minutes recently and his firm has tracked down over $1 Billion in defrauded assets.
